Regina O'Crowley Obituary

Regina Marie O'Crowley
July 13, 1955 - February 3, 2025
Regina Marie O'Crowley, 69, of Vernon, died February 3, after a long illness.
Regina was born in Newark, N.J. July 13, 1955, the eldest child of Clarence R. O'Crowley, Jr. and Catherine (Casby) O'Crowley. She was a graduate of Rockville High School and attended the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
Gina lived for several years in Maine, where she was a welder at Bath Iron Works, served as a cook in the galley of a Windjammer cruise ship, and worked for Lincoln County, Maine in Wiscasset.
She returned to Connecticut, where she lived the rest of her life with her mother, Catherine, of Vernon. She also leaves a brother, Michael O'Crowley of Vernon; two sisters, Anne O'Crowley (Glen Gobar) of San Francisco, Ca. and Mary O'Crowley (David Wholley) of Montclair, N.J., as well as three nephews.
Gina was a beloved older sister. She loved the outdoors, was an expert skier, and adored animals. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the animal welfare organization of your choice. A Mass of Christian Burial and interment will be held this spring. The family would like to thank her caregivers, hospice nurses, and the nurses, staff and physicians at Manchester Memorial Hospital for their loving kindness.
