Sandra Ference Obituary

Sandra J. Ference, 59, of Stafford Springs, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at Hartford Hospital.

She was born in Stafford Springs, daughter of Evelyn (Cartier) Stehlik and the late Robert S. Stehlik. Sandy is survived by her husband, Peter A. Ference; two children, Michelle Brothers, and her husband, Kurt, and Mark Ference; three stepchildren, Alan Ference, and his wife, Richene, Jill Moulton, and her husband, Leonard, and Beth Syphers, and her husband, Ronald; eight grandchildren; her mother, Evelyn Stehlik; sister, Rene Cavar; father-in-law, Andrew Ference; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her faithful companion, Charlie. She was predeceased by her son, Michael Ference; sister, Nancy Tate; and mother-in-law, Doreen Ference.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Introvigne Funeral Home Inc., 51 E. Main St., Stafford Springs. Burial will follow in Staffordville Cemetery, Staffordville. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
