Yvon Caron Obituary
One of 10 children, Yvon was born June 18, 1940, in Canada to the late George and Madeleine (Plourde) Caron. He retired from Colt Firearms in Hartford. He was a 30-plus year member of the Rockville Fish and Game Club. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and all-around outdoorsman. He was also a 29-year member of the Elks Club in Chicopee, Massachusetts where he enjoyed ballroom dancing on many weekend nights.
He is survived by his wife, Rina; sisters and brother; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three of his siblings. Yvon had a zest for life and he will be missed by his wife, family, and friends.
All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.

He was loved by all the ballroom dancers and will be dearly missed. We always enjoyed talking to him and Rina. We just found out about his passing and we are so saddened. We will miss you at the dances, Rina, and pray that you are doing well. Our condolences to you and your family.

We had a rocky start, but we had the same end; getting better at ballroom and having a good time. Got to be a guy look forward to seeing on Fridays. He was always a happy guy.

My dad worked with him at the Rockville fish and game club. He said that they got along very well because they were both Canadians. My heartfelt prayers and condolences to the family.
