Carolyn Bloom Obituary
Carolyn L. Bloom, 85, of Freeport, IL, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Presence St. Joseph Center in Freeport. She was born January 23, 1932; the daughter of the late Russell and Ethel (Lower) Rawleigh. Carolyn had worked as a Sales Clerk at Emmerts at the makeup counter. She enjoyed reading and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She also enjoyed her friends and social events at Meadow Ridge. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (James) Fusco of Freeport; son, David Bloom of Freeport; grandchildren, Dawn (Dan) Raymond of Freeport, Taylor (Matt) Barr of Freeport, and Casey Bloom of Romania; great- grandchildren, Deven and Autumn Raymond, Kayla Cowman, and Raegan and Mavric Barr; and sister, Judith Koon of Freeport. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, and brother.
A private family graveside service will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Freeport. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Condolences may be shared at www.walkermortuary.com.
