Ability may help you become successful, but character will keep you successful.
Rest In Peace, to a dear friend, who transitioned from D.J. Randy Walker to a devoted family man. Things that will remind us of you:
Leave It To Beaver, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Lena Horne, Eartha Kitt, Paul McCartney & Wings, Kris Kristofferson, Don Williams and some of the songs you liked and disliked (because you gladly told everyone).
Here's hoping that Larry LuJack was at your heavenly "meet and greet,"along with your parents and brother.
All gone too soon!
For those of us left behind, you will be missed.
Until we meet again...
God bless your children and grandkids, may they be strong in the days to come.
Sympathies to those with memories of Randy from WACI-FM and WFPS Radio in Freeport and Cablevision.

Great and merciful is our God. He who believes in Him shall never die, and with Him shall walk in everlasting life. Condolences to the loving family of Randy, a man who cared for others, who had a great sense of humor and patience. His reputation preceded him and he knew the importance of honesty.
Randy was one-of-a-kind. He was once a Freeport radio personality and made his home here for many years. This is a loss for the community so we are especially grateful for his service to the local organizations he supported in kindness. May the love of family and the support from friends help you through the journey ahead.
For we all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the Lord.
Amen.
