Funeral service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2024, Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive. Private family graveside service at Simmons Saltillo Cemetery, Roca, NE. Visitation with family present from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 25, 2024, Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Dr.

Dean, you and Lorraine have been like family all these years. Loved going to your house for dinners and discussing the topics of the day. I think of you every day when passing by the office. You had a great life and now may you rest in heavenly peace.

Dearest Dean ~ for decades you have been present for so many including our families. How can we ever thank you? Growing up with you and Lorraine being the fun couple in dad´s district then onto school with Vickie it´s all a blur now it went so fast. You were with Ed & I when we looked for our 1st & only house close to your office. Said you´ll love the neighborhood & we still do. You may rest now with Him & be with the love of your life which makes us all happy. Missed stopping into chat with you, Mary & Lila but enjoyed getting your calls after you retired. Hug Cliff & Marge for me & know how much you were appreciated in all that you did for others...truly a Great Neighbor.
