We were so sad to hear that we all have lost George. He was a delightful man. We always enjoyed his visits to Illinois and in the past, keeping up with him through Zelma. We´re so glad that he was healthy and happy to the end and that we were able to see him just a couple of weeks ago. I hope all of you take road trips in the future and stop by to visit your Illinois relatives. With sympathy, Mark and Sherry

Son, George, I want you to know that I saw of your father's passing in the Lincoln paper this Friday morning and share the sadness of the event of losing him, as I did with that of my father back in 2000. I remember how you two worked together on your farm.
I am less frequently back to Lincoln, but will reach out before my next trip, hoping we might share a moment.
Hold your family around you as your life takes this turn.
Yours in friendship, Dr. Richard Johnson
