Survivors:wife, DeLoris, Lincoln; daughters, sons-in-law, Julianne Heidtbrink, Anngi and Jon Krier, all Lincoln, Rosemary and Joe Blando, Wakefield, Kan., Charity Malek and fiance Aaron Burns, Chicago; stepchildren, spouses, Debbie and Lewis Jerred, Overland Park, Kan., Kim and Mark Kunz, Lincoln, Donn and Mandy Petitt, Ceresco; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Mary Helen Larsen; special friends, Art and Gayla Drake. Preceded in death by parents.
Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Trinity Lutheran Church, Walton. The Rev. Robert Wentzel. Church cemetery. Visitation:begins noon Sunday, with family greeting friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Roper &Sons Funeral Services, 4300 O St. Memorials: church. Condolences may be e-mailed to [email protected].

I am very sorry to hear this. I worked with Jerry on the Fire Dept and retired in 1983. I put a patio in for him when he lived on 1st street many years ago.
