Joan Caryl (Mencke) Stoner, Ed.D., age 82 of Roca died October 3, 2022. Born in Omaha on March 25, 1940, to Carl & Dorothy (Reed) Mencke.
Survivors: husband; Harvey Jr., daughters: Allison Stoner & Ashley (James) Mitlyng, son; Harvey III (Meagan) Stoner, brother; Reed (Pat) Mencke, three granddaughters: Amelia & Stella Stoner, and Elizabeth Mitlyng, brother-in-law; Perry (Jessica) Stoner, sister-in-law; Judy (Jerry) Pope, many nieces and nephews.
No services at this time. Memorials to the family for future designation. Butherus, Maser & Love in charge of arrangements. Condolences can be left at bmlfh.com
