Sincere sympathy to Lucille's family. I am the daughter of Rosa (Wirz) Rumsey--who was a cousin of Lucille's. We had last visited at Bernice's birthday celebration in Lincoln. I wish to extend my sincere sympathy. My mother, Rosa passed away in May of 2004. I do hope someday to be able to visit with some of the family again. May wonderful memories of your mother and grandmother be of comfort for the days ahead. God's blessings.

Grandma- You are one of the most important people in my life. I always looked up to you. You cared so much for family and friends. I will always hold dear the summers spent on the farm, days at the pond, traveling to Elk Creek with the grain truck, these memories are special to me. I was honored to give you the first great grand child and that you were here to see him turn into a young man. You will be greatly missed, my heart aches knowing that you are not here with us, however I know that you are in Heaven with Grandpa, Aunt Karen Aunt Bernice, Great-Grandpa & Grandma Gobber and Great Grandpa & Grandma Rippe and all of the other angels waiting for you. You will always be in our thoughts and hearts.

Grandma,
I was so blessed to have you in my life as my grandmother. Although it hurts to know that you are gone, we are comforted in knowing that you are with your savior, and all of the other beautiful angels that have gone before us. I will forever admire you for your strong faith, unconditional love, and how you modeled what a long and loving marriage should be. I am thankful for all of the wonderful memories you have given me. Thank you for being the best grandmother anyone could ask for! I love you!
