Maurice Lee Lind "Frog" age 95 of Lincoln, Neb., passed away peacefully at home on September 30, 2025.
Maurice was born on April 11, 1930 in Enterprise, Kan., to Albin T. and Elizabeth E. Lind. He was married to the love of his life Eula B. Youngblood in Harlingen Texas, where he was stationed while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Lincoln has been his home since 1962. He owned and ran Lincoln Concrete Foundation Company for many years. He loved to golf and play cards with his friends and family. His greatest passion was his family and friends. He and Eula raised and loved five children.
Maurice is survived by daughters, Janet Scollard, Karen Lind, Rhonda and Edward Wilkason, Sharon and Robbie Smock; son, Randall and Tammy Lind; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Twila Ziegler; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Eula; brothers, Henry and Reubin; sister, Ruth; grandchildren, DeWayne and Jolene Lind; and many other family and friends.
Memorials suggested to Disabled American Veterans (Lincoln Chapter).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln, Neb. Funeral service, Monday, October 6, 2025 at 10 a.m., also at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
