Max Thomas Wonka

Max Thomas Wonka, 31, of Lincoln, NE, entered into eternal rest due to a car accident on Monday, September 9, 2024, in Lincoln, NE. He was born October 26, 1992, in Lincoln, NE to Gregory and Beth (Snyder) Wonka. Max was raised in Weston, NE and attended St. John School in Weston and Wahoo High School.
Max spent years traveling and working throughout the country. He was a free spirit and lived life to the fullest every day. Max enjoyed music and attending concerts, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his son, Zyiah.
He is survived by his son, Zyiah Gregory Wonka; parents, Gregory and Beth Wonka; brother, John (Jonella) Wonka; twin sister, Alexandria (Alexander) Bialas; nephew, John James "J.J." Wonka; niece, Jemma Wonka; many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and LaVerne Wonka, Dale and LaVonne Snyder; uncle, Tim Vasa.
Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, September 16, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, 130 Front St., Weston, NE.
Visitation on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with 7:00 p.m. Rosary all at Church.
Interment at St. John Cemetery, Weston, NE.
Memorials in care of the family for future designation.
