Penny (Kirk) Bradley, 62, Lincoln, died Wednesday (3/28/07). Born, Los Angeles (5/13/44) to Cecil F. and Jeanne (Mitchell) Kirk. Homemaker. Member: Country Club of Lincoln; honor queen - Jobs Daughters Bethel 45; bachelor's degree, 1966, member, Delta Zeta sorority and head cheerleader at Nebraska Wesleyan University; master's degree from Michigan State; Junior League of Lincoln; Starcraft Chapter 307, O.E.S; Board of Trustees, Nebraska Wesleyan University; lifetime member, Lincoln General Hospital Auxiliary where she was in charge of a large style show featuring George Burns and Bob Hope in successive years.

Family members include: husband, Quentin Bradley, M.D.; brother, Tom Kirk, Lincoln; sister, brother-in-law, Holly Kirk VandeHof and Brad VandeHof, Lincoln; daughters, son-in-law, Janet and William Donovan, Houston, Diane Bradley, Bend, Ore.; nieces, Jeanne Urich, Ryan Urich; nephew, Brian Kirk. Preceded in death by sister-in-law, Karen Dotson Kirk; parents.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday, First-Plymouth Congregational Church, 2000 D St. The Rev. Dr. Otis Young. Closed casket visitation: 2-9 p.m. Sunday, Roper & Sons, 4300 O St. Memorials to: Sunken Gardens c/o Lincoln Parks Dept.; or American Cancer Society.

I have so many fond memories working along side Penny in several fashion revues for Lincoln General Hospital. She shared so much with everyone and was always so kind and considerate to friends and strangers alike. My thoughts are with you, Quentin, and with all of Penny's family. No one will every forget her radiant smile and spirit.
