Phyllis and I had the best conversations over the hundreds of meals she shared at Sips & Subs. She was smart, caring, and sassy. She will always hold a special place in my heart and I am better for knowing her.

Scott, I am so sorry for your loss. She was a marvelous individual and so supportive of education. We met when I was at Irving. She will be missed and so will her enthusiasm and energy.
