Zippy;

You are one of the most loving people I know, very kind, funny and can always make me laugh even when I mad or unhappy about something, You always looked at the bright side of things, and was positive even when situations seemed to be at there worst. I will treasure all the fun things we did and all the advice you gave me. You will be loved and missed by all who was lucky enough to know you. I am glad that you are not in pain anymore. Steve you have a very special place in my heart, and you will always be my “SNICKERS”.

My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I am so very sorry.

To the Zimmerman gang,

This has been such a long, hard battle for Steve and all of you. You have done everything you could for him. Now he is at rest. No more pain…no more suffering.

Now, in the midst of grief, we must take time to celebrate his life and cherish the fond memories we all have. Steve was always so fun to be around. You couldn’t spend time with him without having a good laugh, even in his final weeks. He spoke from the heart and held nothing back. I am thankful for having the opportunity to spend time with him again during the past year.

God bless all of you and comfort you with His unfailing peace!

Mary Jo and Jean, We didn't know Steve but we met you in the Hospice family room at Tabitha. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time of the loss of your brother. It is comforting to know Steve is no longer suffering in pain but in a much better place. We hope you find comfort in the music we gave you. We will continue to pray for you and your family.

Zip was a good friend many years ago. We played lots of pool together down at Cleo's. Missed talking with him at my sisters 25th anniversary party this past July. With deepest sympathy to all of Steve's family. He will be sorely missed....
