Beth Julia Rose Elzinga

LAKE GENEVA - Beth Julia Rose Elzinga 58, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Thursday, June 21, 2018. Born in Racine, Wi, she was the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Matson) Elzinga. She attended local schools and graduated from Horlick High School. Beth graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She went on to obtain her Masters degree from UW-Milwaukee. Beth taught at Park High School and Horlick High School for many years. She is survived by her daughter Gabrielle Elzinga (Steven Henning) of Boulder, Co, her brother Jeff (Valerie) Elzinga of Howard’s Grove, Wi, and her sister Denise Lee of Loveland, Co. as well as many cousins and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Elzinga, and her maternal and paternal grandparents. Services were private. Beth will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
