Marie, I too only recently found out about Allie. It was always a pleasure to be at the barn with your girls and enjoyed hearing about their shows, school, fun etc. As a mother my heart goes out to you and your family. My deepest sympathies to all of you.

Marie, I only recently found out about Allie and was heartbroken as you and your family must be. I remember Allie at DB when she was in my Reading class in first grade. She really left a great legacy for all. My deepest sympathies to all your family.

To the family of Allison, I don't know you or Allison, but I live right at the site where Allison's tragic accident happened. I just wanted to let you know that I see that tree everyday I pull out of my apartments and I think whoever was in that accident may God bless their family. I have two young daughters myself (one that LOVES horses as well) so I just can imagine all your going through. I know that she isn't from here so not many will think of her as they pass that tree, but I will! May God bless you in this time and may her memory be with you!

I'm so sorry to hear about Allison's tragic accident. I was her chemistry instructor last summer at St. Norbert. It was a small class and I really enjoyed working with her. I know how important horses were to her and I remember rearranging an exam for her so she could go to a horse event. Allison was a wonderful person and a good student. I am saddened by her passing and I will remember her fondly.

Allison was such a self assured young lady. She made an impact in our lives while showing horses in WQHA. When my daughter Steph introduced me to Allison I said to myself “that is exactly the type of young lady I want my daughter to be friends with. I very much enjoyed being Allison's Youth Advisor for WQHYA. Thank you for sharing her with us all during her very short time here on earth. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Betsy Krebs McGuire

We held each other's horses as we took turns washing their tails. She asked me to help her pull off her boots when she finished her HUS class with Brielle. I told her she had a great ride and she did. The horse just floated and Allie showed her well. Brent was happy with the ride and unhappy with the judges!
Allie shared with my husband and I about how excited she was to have the opportunity to work with her father in his business when she graduated from college.
She told me about what an exceptional heeler her dog Happy was and how she had assumed all heelers were good natured like him.She was very excited that she had a tee time to play golf on New Year's Eve.
We took our riding lessons together in the cold, dark morning and then later that afternoon. Oh how I wish we could do that together again! Burr and I enjoyed her smiling face and always cheerful attitude. These are some of the things that happened in Tampa during our horse show. Our thoughts and prayers are with both Allie and her family. We love and miss her too. Burr and Pam Young and TEX
