Anna Enins Obituary

Enins, Anna "Grannie Annie" Passed away peacefully on September 24, 2012, at her home in Rolesville, NC, at the age of 100. She was born on December 9, 1911, in Latvia and came to the U.S. in 1949. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters Irena (Karl) Pulkstenis, and Irma Platz; grandsons Ed (Sue) Pulkstenis of New Jersey; and their four daughters Erik (Heather) Pulkstenis of Maryland; and their two daughters and a son, Andrew (Jennifer) of Illinois, and their daughter and son; loving niece Helena Zacs (Alfonso Pavoni) of Canada; great-nieces Dace (Bob) Zacs-Koury of Canada and Zigrida Zacs of New Jersey. She loved her family, needlework, her pets, Bailey's Irish Cream and especially, Silvija Treuden of Milwaukee, whom she lovingly took under her wing as a daughter upon a dear friend's passing; and, of course, she loved that Silvija kept all of us in hand-knit slippers. Complete funeral services will be held Thursday at Schaff at 11 AM. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until time of service. Entombment Arlington Park Cemetery.

Momma Annie you were the "sweetest" thing. And while I don't know Irene I know you did a darn good job with Irma girl. Rest in peace, Momma Love, Ivy
