To: Kathleen and Moira and to all his good friends. Please accept my deepest and heart-felt sympathy for the loss of such a great man and friend. I worked with Brian for 20 years as his secretary and enjoyed every minute of it. He truly cared about children and made such a positive impression upon them. So many of them would come back and visit him. We kept in contact with each other frequently during his retirement years. I miss him so much.
May he rest in peace. Ann Holtz, Muskego

I was lucky to have a great principal ( Brian) in the last years of my career. We had lots of interesting experiences together, lke the time federal marshalls and the FBI came to WMS. As PR&R chairman we were able to solve our differences in a friendly manner. Condolences to his family and friends.

I was very saddened today to learn of Brian's recent passing. I, too, worked with him during his time as a principal at WMS, and he was well respected and cared for by staff, students, and families in the community. God bless you Brian.

Mr. McCormack took me under his wing when I was new to Whitnall as a WMS 5th grader. It was not an easy time as I was the first student in memory with a physical disability, but he made it easier and sometimes personally escorted me from bus to building. He always was on my side and made that known.
My prayers and sympathies go out to the family. He will be missed.

Sending Sincere Sympathy and Blessings to the family of Mr.McCormack. He was a warm and caring man who was very easy to talk to. The families in the Whitnall School District were lucky to have him at the helm of the Middle School, and I felt fortunate to have been able to work alongside his faculty and staff, with the PTO for so many years. At his urging I sought out the village of ClewBay in Ireland, and he was absolutely correct about its beauty. I am proud to have known him and call him Friend. Katy Lukomski

I met Brian when I was a student at Whitnall Middle School. He was a tough but fair educator that never missed a chance to make sure you knew that you mattered. He showed me that the little things you do for others can make a big difference in their lives. I carry that with me everyday in my career as an educator. He also inspired me with his witty stories and insights over my first pint in a thatch-roofed pub in Ireland. Thank you for your kindness and wisdom, Brian.
