Carol Ann Edelblute

Edelblute, Carol Ann (Née Wolf) Age 70, of Hartford, formerly of Kiel, was Born to Eternal Life on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Preceded in death by her parents Wilmer F. and Mary Genevieve (née Hickey) Wolf. Carol is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, John W. Edelblute III, her six children, John (Sandy), Allison (Brendan) O'Neill, Ann, Eric, Jill and Susan and her grandsons Liam and Declan O'Neill. Vigil Prayer Service Monday, May 13 at 3:30 PM at the Funeral Home, followed by Visitation from 4-8 PM AND Tuesday, May 14 from 10-11 AM at the Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection Tuesday, May 14 at 12 Noon at the St. Therese Chapel at Holy Hill Basilica, 1525 Carmel Road, Hubertus, WI. Rev. Fred Alexander, OCD, will officiate. Interment St. Augustine Cemetery. Carol received a BA in Education and Liturgical Music from Alverno College in 1965 and a MA in Teacher Leadership in 1997. She also studied abroad at the University of Salzburg in Austria. Carol taught elementary school music and band in Fox Point-Bayside and later at Neosho Public School for 22 years. Carol loved spending time with her family at her home on Druid Lake, watching classic movies, and serving as music minister at Holy Hill. Carol was known for her kind heart, generous spirit, unwavering faith, easy laugh and a gift for talking to just about anyone.
