David B. Boxer

Orange County, CA - David B. Boxer, 76, of Orange County, CA died peacefully February 23, 2021 at a Hospice facility in Santa Ana, CA. Graveside services were officiated by Rabbi Berkowitz at Harbor Lawn-Mount Olive Memorial Park.

David was born July 20th, 1944 in Milwaukee, WI to Sidney and Rae (Teplinsky) Boxer. He lived in Milwaukee for 70 years before moving to Orange County, to be near his son's family.

He attended Whitefish Bay High School Class of 1962, continued his education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and Marquette Law School where he received his JD degree.

He initially worked in law, but then became a restauranteur owning Mo's Chicken, The Coffee Trader, and then Henry's.

He enjoyed being with his grandchildren, Broadway musicals, and New Age music. He relished great food and cooked as entertainment and for sumptuous nutrition.

He is survived by his brother, Richard (Barbara) Boxer, and his children, Josh (Yvette) Boxer, Juli (Boxer) Sherman, and Joanna (Boxer) Sanford, and 9 grandchildren.
