Dawn Marie Jaeger

Jaeger, Dawn Marie Age 50, of Lusby, MD, lost her fight with cancer on Friday, February 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara (Abler) Jaeger. Dawn was born in Milwaukee, WI, and moved to Maryland to start a career within the Federal Government. She earned a B.S. from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Masters Degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Dawn was a Computer Engineer for the U.S. Navy for 27 years. She loved to travel and enjoyed visits to Israel and the sandy beaches of the Caribbean. Dawn gave back to the community, volunteered at Jefferson - Patterson Park, and was involved in many breast cancer campaigns. She was a huge Green Bay Packers and Jimmy Buffet fan. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi/Alpha Omega Sorority, INCOSE,and Society of Women Engineers. Dawn is survived by her father, Gary Jaeger (Josette) of Milwaukee, WI, and her brother, Scott Jaeger (Julie) of Mechanicsville, VA. She is loved and missed by family, friends and all that knew her.
