Felix Baier Obituary

Baier, Felix J., Jr. July 18, 2010, at the age of 79. Preceded in death by wife Martha (nee Chapel), father Felix Sr., mother Anna, son Mike, and sister Florence (John) Ruiz. Dear father of Kim (Lanny) Ley and Patrick (Patty) Baier. Grandfather of Robert, Jessica and Jennifer. Brother of Marie (the late Frank) Weinstock and Joann (Robert) Kaminski. Also step-father, grandfather and great-grandfather to his extended family. Funeral service Friday, July 30, at 11 AM, at Forest Home Cemetery Chapel, 2405 W. Forest Home Ave., with visitation at the Chapel from 10 AM until the time of service. Mr. Baier was a retired 43 year employee of Bucyrus Erie. He served in the US Air Force from 1951-1955. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff in Cedar Court at Mt. Carmel Care Center.

It's been a number of years since I've seen Felix but I have many fond memories of visiting with Felix and Martha down in their basement and playing pool! God Bless You!

James and MaKenna will miss coming to visit you and looking at all of your stuffed animals. They would talk about it the whole way home sometimes. I will miss you and regret not coming to visit more often. I love you very much Uncle Fe!
