Frank A. Coulter

Coulter, Frank A. Passed away Jan. 16, 2008, at the age of 69. Frank was the beloved husband of Sharon (nee Phalin), with whom he recently celebrated 45 years of marriage. He was a dear father to Kim and a dear brother to Nereida. His kindness and sense of humor will be missed by family and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Ethel Coulter, and by his brother, Jack. Frank worked for Wisconsin Electric for 32 years, and later as an engineering consultant to utilities. Frank was active in Rotary and served as president of the Franklin Water Commission. He also taught "Choices" classes in local high schools. His family is grateful for the care and support of University of Wisconsin Hospital staff and many relatives and friends. Visitation at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 W.
