West Allis - Born to Eternal Life and found peace January 7, 2021 at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Hellen (nee Seegers). Loving father of Bob (Maxine), the late Joe, Tom (Debbie) and Tim (Cheryl). Dear grandpa of Jacob (Rebecca), Katrina (Tim Bohrer), Benjamin, Joseph, Nick, Liz, Margaret, Zach, Courtney, and Jonathon. Great-grandfather of Georgie, Ruby, Max, Sullivan, and Boden. Brother of the late Joe, late Sarah, late Antoinette, late Virginia, late Carol, late Sue, John "Jack", and Richard. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Veteran of the United States Marine Corps in Guam during WWII. Retiree of Wisconsin Electric. Private services to be held with family. Interment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation in George's name can be made to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Wisconsin. https://www.starsandstripeshonorflight.org/donate/ appreciated.

George was a great man and a wonderful brother, who will live on in my memory, of the good times together: Hunting, fishing, golfing, football games, playing sheepshead, parties and cookouts, with family and friends. Photo is from 2011, taken on the drive of his home in West Allis, where he lived with his wife Helen, for over 60 years, and raised his 4 sons.
