A fond farewell to the man I knew as "Mr. Kresge". I remember him as an incredibly kind and gentle soul who was just very nice to be around. A most patient and generous father, he drove his daughter Ann and I to countless "events" during our teenage years and seemed to have an abundance of good humor. Mr. Kresge had a fine sense of what was important in his life. With his actions, he provided inspiration.

Dear June and Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Grant's passing. He was tireless advocate for mental health consumers and always insprational and hopeful for the future. I will miss his eriodic calls about new group homes options and other updates. Please take comfort in the wondeful memories of him. You have my deepest sympathy.

His star will never fade
in the many arenas of his work/ his advocacy/
his larger than life concerns and actions.
