Was taken from the world too soon on Sat., Nov. 12, 2005, age 14 years. Special daughter of Don Bates and Carole Miller. Beloved sister of Troy Bates, Angel Bates and Danny Miller. Loving niece of Joe Miller. Precious granddaughter of Jim Moczynski, Pauline Miller, Edwin G. Bates and Marie Miller. Also loved and missed by many, many friends and relatives.

There will be a time of gathering on Sat., Nov. 19, 1PM-4PM at OAK CREEK COMMUNITY CENTER, 8580 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek. Memorial Service 4PM.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials to the family appreciated.

Lord God, you gave us Heather for so short a time. Her life had so much promise. Her future was before her. Her life has passed too quickly. By the death and resurrection of your Son we are redeemed. Agoodbye isn't one at all, If it was never said.

Every smile only counts,

If you can smile again.

The stars will never shine,

If we can't see them in your eyes,

And a photograph's not worthless,

A memory is as good as gold,

As long as you were there,

And you'd know our time was worth it,

If you saw how much we cared.

The wind won't blow,

As the flowers die.

10 million tears will form this ocean,

Since your heart was always near,

But the world's just not as beautiful,

Knowing you arn't here.

And since this is so sad, i thought I'd throw in a happy memory. When me and Heather were at a salvation army concert, she was like

"Lindsey, will i always be in yar heart?"

and i was like

"yes Heather, yes you wil"

she was like "wait, always?"

i said "yeah....uh"

then she was like

"Well i don't have to pay rent do I?"

Hi Carol well you probily remember me when I always would come over to your house in Cudahy to see if heather was home.We were really close friends and the day I herd about Heather I started to cry a lot because I was really was close with her and all of you.It just broke my heart when I herd everything that happend I was so upset. I'm srry for your loss of heather.Heather had so many friends at OCHS.I was one of heathers best friends.We had so much fun hanging out during school and talking to each other.Alot of us wish that she was here.But shes in a safe place now.May heather rest in peace now.I WILL NEVER FORGET HEATHER. She was very nice to me. Heather would always cheer me up when i needed it. Heather was known throughout the whole school. She knew everybody at OCHS.

You were like a daughter to me. I will never forget your smile and your laugh. We had so much fun on all our adventures, Great America, Halloween, fishing trips, Birthday parties.
