James Heller Obituary

Jim passed away peacefully on December 20, 2005, at the age of 79. Survived by his three sons, David (Karen), John (Julie), and Jim (Hanife) Heller. Further family includes his eight grandchildren, Zachary, Natalie, Jordan, Tommy, Meg, Kristin, Lauren, Alexandra and special friends, Bonnie Enloe, Cindy Fusek, and Pat Benway. Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Helen (nee Washburn).

He was incredibly proud of both his family and ties to the Shorewood community. After serving in the Navy and Marines during WWII, he returned to Shorewood where he remained throughout his life. In addition to his family, Jim's greatest joy came from the countless hours "working" on his northern retreat. All that knew Jim will miss his stories and humor.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Friday, December 23, 2005 from 4-7:00 PM at Northshore Funeral Services Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association of Southeastern Wisconsin would be greatly appreciated.
