Today, Sept. 18th 2010, I'll be going to the 40th anniversary gathering for Plesantdale School graduating class of 1970. Also today, I learned of Jimmy's death. I am proud to have known someone, that was so willing to help others in need, We did not stay in contact after high school, but Jimmy was one of the guys I was looking forward to seeing this evening. We played hockey together on surrounding ponds and later at the Willow Ice Arena. I lived a few blocks away on 80th place. My sincere condolences go out to Jimmy’s family and the family of Mr. John Ward. Pete Reutter/Aurora Il.

Jim you added so much life to those that were blessed to know you. You could see things that others could not see and at times you would state things as you saw it. At times people were shocked by your honesty but no one ever forgot that they had met a man that so much wanted truth and love. Jim you left this world in a special way and I know that you touched the lives of many in endearing ways and they never knew the source. May your family and friends remember all the good memories and good deeds that you performed. Rest in peace. Sincerely Ivan Sacks
