A celebration of Joel's life will be held Friday, July 1 from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM at the family home, 3539 East American Ave. in Oak Creek. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery Friday at 3:00 PM.

Dear Foley Family, I was Joel's sixth grade teacher at Carollton. I had a great time teasing Joel that year & will never forget the great day we spent at Six Flags. Joel was a great kid! I am saddened by the loss. Janice Posda
