My thoughts and prayers are with the Boyle family during this sad time. I lived in AZ when Johnny lived there too. My friends and I would go to the bar that he managed in Scotsdale many times. He was always so funny and nice to us. Rest in peace Johnnie.

Even though I haven't seen John much since HS,he is someone I will never forget. I asked about him at our last HS reunion because he was someone you always wanted to see.The fun at MUHS with John will never be forgotten or told to my kids. The world is a better place with the John Boyles in it and he will be missed.

First and foremost, my deepest sympathies to the entire Boyle family. I want to express what a great and wonderful man Johnnie was. He always made me laugh (and everyone else) and no matter what we did or where we were we always had a great time. We go back to the early seventies and to many great times. He will be deeply missed. I was so happy to be your friend Johnnie. RIP

I met Johnny in the late '70's when I started my job at Pep's Place. I knew Tom from High School and met Paul at UW Oshkosh. Their Mother helped take care of my Mom who suffered from multiple sclerosis and was my older brother & sister's teacher at St. Bernard's grade school.
Just thinking of Johnny brings a smile to my face. All the stories I could tell!! He was one of the most charismatic, intelligent, & humorous men I have ever known.
When the game trivial pursuit came out we spent many an hour playing. If you were lucky enough to be on his team you were assured a victory.
My heart goes out to the family.
Johnny will always hold a special place in my heart!!
