Kelly, I only learned of your passing today. I am so sad. You were one of my first true friends when I first started at Honeycreek in 1988. We had many fun adventures over the years. I remember when we went to Chicago to see the Blackhawks play the Sharks. Unfortunately, I don't still have the Blackhawks boxer shorts you bought me at the concession stand. I remember when you would see my son Ryan you would say to him, "Call me gorgeous!" He would reply, "Gorgeous!" Well, he wasn't wrong. Kelly, you will be truly missed, but our memories will always be with me.
Your friend, Kirk

Dear Ms. Audrey,
My sincere condolences to you and your family. Kelly was a wonderful person with a kind heart and an endearing personality. She was a dedicated teacher, who her young students and their parents adored. Years after they left K4, they were always eager to greet her and give her hugs. She made their first experience in school enjoyable and memorable. Ms. Kramer will be a teacher they always remember. Regrettably, I am unable to attend the memorial service today, however Kelly will be in my thoughts. Peace to all.

Dear Audrey,
I am so sorry and shocked to read Kelly's obituary, she was much to young. I remember how excited you were, when you were expecting. I have two daughters and I can not know the pain you are going through.
We are still in Sheboygan, hope to hear from you, we can reminisce about HOV.
Prayers go out to the Family.

I just found out about Kelly's passing! I am shocked and saddened! We had recently reconnected on Facebook and I had not seen any posts and was worried with good reason. You will be truly missed by everyone who knew your heart! We attended a Beatles vs Rolling Stones battle of the Bands a few months ago and she told me that she wanted Let it be played at her funeral. She said you better make sure it's played! Little did we know it would be this soon! I don't know how to express my deep sadness to Audrey and Gail! And also the Hansen Children who she considered her children as she spoke of them often and with love! Words are not enough to express how Kelly touched my life even when we were apart. I will miss you Kelly my regret was the lost time and not getting to say goodbye dear friend. My prayers for Kelly and her family! I know she's in a better place but that doesn't make our hearts hurt less!

I was saddened to learn of Kelly's passing and extend my condolences to her family and friends. I met Kelly in September of 1989 as she became a member of my staff at J.W.Riley School. With her quick smile and enthusiastic personality, she became popular with students, their parents and staff. As our school enrollment grew our need for additional space became imminent. We met that demand by opening an off-campus preschool site at the Kosciuszko Park Community Center. Kelly, along with Lori Becker, Jackie Mlaker, Maria Heck and Tyra all ventured over to the off-campus pre-school not knowing what to expect. The unknown was challenging and grand in size. As the preschool continued to evolve Kelly expressed interest in helping the site stabilize itself, and as before, Kelly quickly became popular with her kids, their parents in her new assignment. As such, much of what was done for staff suddenly became their responsibility to do for themselves and their students. Kelly along with others made a significant sacrifice to meet the needs of the children they were in charge of. For that I am grateful. May she find the peace and tranquility deserved and may the Lord welcome her into His Kingdom of Heaven. Again, my condolences to Kelly's family and friends. I will not be able to attend services for Kelly as currently, I' I'm in Arizona.
