I was blessed to have the opportunity to meet Lori two years ago and I have not forgotten her, her smile, her laugh and most of all her SPIRIT. I only knew Lori for a short time but it seems as if I've known her for years. Lori will be forever remembered by many and I am blessed to be able to say that I am one of those many.

Coleman Family:

What a blessing Lori was in the lives of all who had the privilege to know her. Take solace in knowing that she is no longer suffering and that all of Heaven is enjoying her humor and wit.

I did not know her long - but instantly liked her.

She will be greatly missed.

To Lori H. and the entire Coleman family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I met Lori C. at my daughter's birthday party a few years ago; and, I shall forever remember the special gift that she gave us all during that intimate week - STRENGTH AND COURAGE IN THE MIST OF UNCERTAINTY.
I too share your grief because I adopted her along with all of my daughter's friends.
She was a beautiful human being.
God bless you all.

I would like to give my condolences to the family. I met Lynn some years ago through her cousin Vickie Toliver and we hit it off right away. To Lori's Family,

I worked with Lori years ago at Schwartz Bookstore in Milwaukee. Lori quickly became a beloved member of the staff. Her sense of humor, her intelligence, and her beautiful spirit left an indelible imprint on me. I will always remember her dearly, and am blessed to have known her.

Uncle Vance and my cousins,

Please know that my prayers are with you all at this time. I will always remember the times we all shared growing up on 12th and 15th and Capitol Drive. They were some of the greatests times of my life and I revisit them often. I will try my best to be there on the 14th but if not know that I will be there in spirit at the church we were raised in.

Love you all and God Bless,
Mark

Dear Lynn's family and friends:

I was so sad to hear of Lynn's passing. I knew her in college along with Jennifer, Michelle and Charla. We were an interesting crew of women hoping and dreaming of the future. Lynn had incredible energy and enthusiasm, she shone bright and intense. We lost touch after college, i saw her once after she became a lawyer and settled in NY. I have fond memories of hanging with her as a young woman. It puts a smile on my face to remember those times. Lynn, be well on the next part of your journey, bring that bright smile and light up every room you enter.

Coleman family --

I was saddened to read the news about Lori. I remember her as such a strong-willed, vibrant person who always had the ability to keep my classmate and friend Gary in line when he went astray. I regret that I didn't get to know her as an adult, but it's clear from reading her obituary that she made it far in life. My sympathies go out to the entire family. I will not be able to attend the service because I will be out of town, but you and Lori will be in my thoughts.

General Coleman, Gary, Michelle, and Michael:

The last time I had the opportunity to see Lori it was to watch her receive an award given by the META House. Very inspirational and it appears from her biography that she had continued her success and was having a great impact. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family as you mourn the loss of Lori and we hope you are comforted during this time and brought closer together.
