As fellow Milwaukee County Retiree, I send my sincere condolence to the Ramos Family.

I will always remember Manny's genuine kindness and his ability to make everyone around him smile and laugh. Thanks for all the wonderful memories that I will never forget. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ramos & Waupoose family during this very difficult time.
