We met Micheal when he was staying with our neighbor Willie. He was always friendly and offered to help everyone. He talked a lot about how much he enjoyed going up north and how much his Dad meant to him. We were sad to here of his passing. You have our deepest condolence.

Mike was such a great guy. I lost track of him the last couple years, but thought about him from time to time and wondered how he was.

He'll be missed.

Michael was a really sweet guy who always had a smile to share. We met while I was singing karaoke in Bay View and he would come see me on the nights that he knew I would be there. I looked forward to seeing him and enjoyed our conversations each time he stopped in. He always spoke about his family and you could tell how much he loved them. I wish I could have had more time with him to get to know him better. I will think about him every time I sing now. I will always remember his smile. My deepest condolences go out to his family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Michale was my cousin. While I was studying at the university, we always tried to get together. When our schedules would match, we would go out to lunch, have a chat as have fun at parties. Since leaving my hometown, I have often thought about him and what he was doing. He was to young to have something like this happen. He will be deeply missed. His heart was in the right place.

Love,

Krista

Michael was a good person with a good heart. When I would stop to check on the house, he always wanted to hold my baby. She never fussed when he was holding her. He would carry her all over the house and yard. I always thought that was so sweet of him.

Mike and I were very good friends in our early teen years, through our early 20's,and then we went our own ways.It was sad to hear of this incident, and I actually thought there was no way this was my old best friend, but after seeing the name Campbell,i knew it was him.I'm sure his family and friends know me,we spent almost every day together for years, and we even lived together in Rhinelander when I was going to school up there.I've only seen him once in the last ten years, and have recently thought of trying to find him just to say hi,and talk about recent happenings{like kids and so on}.My condolences go out to all the Jansen, and Campbell families...I am very saddened by your loss...and mine also (I wish I would have been able to get in touch with him)-------I'll miss u Mike, your friend Don Forester

Mike and I met in our freshman year of high school and became close friends. He would always come over and we would spend hours talking about life and how to live it. Years later we were able to reconnect, and today I am sad that I was unable to say good bye to him.

I love you Mike and I will miss you.
