I am very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was a man of great integrity and it was always a pleasure working with him at Deluxe and USPI. Mike was always someone we at TYME could count on to give us an honest assessment of a given situation or business dealing. Mike was always focused on doing the right thing even if it wasn't always in his best interest or that of his employer. He was respected by all that worked for him and those that worked with him.

My condolences to the Shutters Family. Mike was part of the team that interviewed and hired me at Deluxe Data; he would take "credit" for that over the years. He was always someone you could go to and he would listen, help and guide. I truly appreciated his mentorship over the years. His kind smile and quick wit will be missed. To Mary and the whole Shutters family. I am beyond sad at the passing of Mike. My boss, my mentor, my golfing buddy, my business travel partner and most of all just a damn good friend. He changed the course of my life by bringing me into his work circle. He helped me grow and pursue opportunities for enrichment all over the world. I will truly miss him. Fridays at 4 will always be a moment of memory of him.
