Hanson and his staff, the 12th floor nursing staff at St. Luke's Medical Center for their extraordinary care, also to Barbara C. and Barbara H., Misako's special angel. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Counseling Center at St. Luke's Medical Center.
