Sue, PJ, Connie & family,

It's been a lot of years, but I will never forget the wonderful times we all spent at our favorite place, Strachota's Milshore Bowl. Pete was an absolute icon of a man, one who we all respected, for all his words of kindness, support, and encouragement (when we would have that bad game or was encountering some other minor crisis). He was truly a father figure amongst us boys at the Milshore. I look upon those days with so much fondness and now know what it is like when my parents reminisce about the old times. Those were our "old times" and Pete was a major player in every sense of the word. Of course, I learned of this sad news through our mutual dear friends, Rita and Dave, and wanted to send my condolences to all of you, with hopes that a name from the past will help to conjure sweet memories and sooth your sadness. I know that I cherish our time together and my memories of Pete. God Bless. Greg Takehara

My dear friend Connie: We are defined by two things as people. By the way we live, and the way we love. The way we live is for today, but the way we love is eternal. The greatest tribute you can pay a loved one in death, is to love them knowing they have never left. You're a beautiful soul. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
