Polster, Peter V. Of Oconomowoc Nov. 20, 2008, age 78 years. Beloved husband of Virginia Nee Kabat. Loving father of Ann Stone (fiance Jeffrey Mueller) of Nashotah and Victoria (Roger) Polster-Bowe of Stillwater, MN. Dear grandfather of Stephane (Andrew) McCallum of Chicago and Emily (fiance Tim Clavette) Stone of Sun Praire, WI. Great-grandfather of Madison McCallum. Peter was preceded in death by his loving daughter, Mary Ellen Polster. Peter was a former math teacher at Milwaukee Boy's Tech High School. He was a Naval veteran of the Korean War and retired from the Naval Reserves as a Lt.Commander. He was a member of the Oconomowoc American Legion Post 91, a graduate of St. Norberts High School and St.Norberts College. Peter was a Board of Directors member of the Catholic Knights Society, member of the Retired Officers Association, Fleet Reserve Association, and Military Officers Association. Peter loved to fish and play Sheepshead. Friends may visit Tuesday from 9:30AM until time of memorial service at 11:00AM, all at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 995 Silver Lake St., Oconomowoc.
