Phyllis Staszak Obituary

Staszak, Phyllis B. (Nee Sobczak) Born to Eternal Life on September 21, 2009, at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving mother of Suzanne Falkman and Martin (Deborah). Proud grandmother of Kristen and Johan (Elaina) Falkman and Aaron and Randall Staszak. Dear sister of Esther Czerwinski and Eugene Sobczak. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 10 AM, at St. Roman Church (S. 20th and W. Bolivar Ave.). Family and Friends will meet directly at church for mass. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-7 PM at the funeral home. Phyllis was a member of the Nutrition Council at Wilson Park Senior Center, the Senior Council and the 49er's Square Dance Club. I will always remember working with Phyllis side-by-side at Wilson's Senior Center. She was always smiling and very pleasant. She was an avid card player. We will miss her.
