It was always such a joy to be greeted by Roger when I would come into work at AT&T every morning. He always had a smile on his face, and every so often he would have some witty, humorous joke or story to share. Those always brightened my day, especially if I was not having a good day.
Roger my friend, you are now out of pain and truly at Peace - at home in the arms of our Loving Savior, Our Lord Jesus Christ. My deepest sympathies to all the members of the Jones family. I know the sadness and pain of losing someone very close to you, having lost my beloved mother 7 years ago.
I will be on a 6-Day Contemplative Prayer Retreat at the Redemptorist Retreat House in Oconomowoc during the week of August 10th. I will light a candle and offer up special prayers for Roger while I am on my retreat. God Bless and Keep All of You in His Tender, Loving Care.

Prayers and condolences to the Family and Friends of Roger Jones. He is missed, is truly loved and it's difficult to even speak in past tense right now. No more suffering though, he's at home.

To the Family of Roger Jones~
I was very sad to hear the news about Roger. I came into the AT&T building occasionally to visit my mother Marie, and Roger was ALWAYS all smiles, a very pleasant man to talk with as I waited. They say that the Lord only takes the best and I believe that Roger was just that. Please know that your family is in my family's prayers and I hope that you will find some comfort in knowing that so many people cared for him.

Roger was the first person I met on my first day to work at 722 N. Broadway after I moved back to Milwaukee. He could always make me laugh or smile first thing in the morning. He will be missed. My prayers are with his family. Carla Mitchell - Milwaukee, WI

Fond memories of Roger...each morning and throughout the day as I would come and go from the AT&T building Roger was there to say good morning or good bye, always with a smile. He loved to chat about sports. Roger, if you're reading this could you ask God to give the Brewer's some help. Pitching would be nice. As you know they haven't been doing well lately.
To Roger's family, may the love of friends, family and happy memories provide comfort during your grief.

TO THE FAMILY OF ROGER JONES: I REMEMBER HIM AS BEING A LOT MORE THAN JUST A LOBBY SECURITY GUARD AT AT&T IN DOWNTOWN MILWAUKEE; HE WAS SOMEONE YOU COULD TALK TO ON JUST ABOUT ANY SUBJECT AND FEEL THAT YOUR FAMILY AND HIS FAMILY WERE ONE IN THE SAME. MY HEART GOES TO ROGER JONES' FAMILY, FRIENDS, RELATIVES AND TO OTHERS WHO WERE SOMEHOW DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CONNECTED TO HIS LIFE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
