Much belated condolences to the family on the passing of Dr. Roger Laubenheimer. My mother Mrs. Ruth Slomovitz took me to see Dr. Laubenheimer to treat various skin problems when I was a very young child growing up in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa 1946-1964 when I left home for college. I remember very well, his calm and warm nature and his handsome appearance. Both my mother and I thought he was very handsome and extremely kind. I still remember him to this day. May his memory be a blessing. Previously Elaine Slomovitz daughter of Dr. Zachary Slomovitz (Mitchel Medical Center) now Laura M. Kaplan, Newark, Delaware. Love and fond memories.

As a child through an adult, I'd see Dr. Laubenheimer. My mother was a nurse and highly recommended Dr. Laubenheimer. I was always grateful for his wisdom, genuine kindness and never, not once, talking down to me. He taught me a lot! I value his words to this day! Thank you Doctor!

Dear Laubenheimer Family,
When I learned today of Dr Laubenheimer's passing, all my memories from 42 years ago came forward. I was 13 in 1969 when he first became my doctor. He took care of me for 29yrs until he retired. Before he left his practice, he made sure my care would continue by someone like him and introduced me to Dr. Barbara Wilson who cares for me today. I don't know enough words to thank him properly for all he did for me during my very challenging life. But, I want all of you to know how much I loved him and how his caring ways helped a young girl keep living when she only wanted to die. I am now 55 yrs old with a 30 yr old son and a life that would not exist if I had never met Dr. Laubenheimer. So many lives were affected by his kindness, I know I'm just one. But, for what he did for me, I know he has an enormous Gold Star waiting in Heaven for him. I am sorry for your loss and the loss of the entire world. For when an Angel visits here, too often, they go unnoticed. God now has you back, Dr. Laubenheimer, Bravo! Job well done!
Love & Light,
Kathy Smith

Dear Carrie and family,
I was saddened to learn of Roger's death. I didn't know him well, but I recognize movie-star handsomeness when I see it.

Nancy, Brian, Mrs. Laubenheimer, Parker, Carson, McCall and family, our love and prayers are with you as you celebrate your beloved Father/ Husband/ Grandfather tomorrow. Nancy, when I think of your Father, I smile at the memory of your elegant Mom and Dad visiting you at college in their motor home 33 years ago when we were roommates at the beginning of our friendship. The tiny street, the giant RV and your Dad laughing while holding court as we all crowded in for a chuckle and chat. Your Father was an honorable and witty man who leaves behind an example for us all, friend and family alike, on how to achieve a well lived life. He lives on in you, your children and through those he touched. Our deepest sympathy. We love you, Katheryn, Robert and Chase Warren

Aunt Carrie, Bill, Nancy, Kurt and Ann, It has been a privilege to have had Uncle Roger in my life from the very beginning. He has meant a great deal to me in so many ways. I was able to witness his life and see him in varied roles - as an uncle, as a boss, as a brother, a son, a father , a husband and a doctor. In every instance he illustrated honor, integrity and devotion to family. I will miss him very much but know that we will meet again. I can just picture that smile looking over his glasses at me. He was an amazing man with an amazing wife and together they raised an amazing family. I love you all!
My deepest sympathy, Lynn and Family
