Chico ill never get being little by daves house every weekend watchin you dave and my dad singing oldies all night then comin upstairs hiding money around the house and havin us kids find it and you always help me find the big bills. Because of you guys singing all those oldies im a second generation greaser rest in peace and dont bug elvis to much.

To my Uncle Chico- You mean so much to your family and friends! So many lives you had a tremendous impact on. You and dad always made everything memorable. I will never forget you, I couldn't if I tried. Thank you for the best memories uncle chico! I love you and miss you so much but I know i will see you again. My heart and prayers go out to Katie and Rachael and also the entire Betancourt family. Chico was a part of my life for almost 15 years and he will forever hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget the time we were together and I will deeply miss talking to him. Chico had a good heart and he was always there to help when you needed him. As much as Chico loved to party, he always enjoyed camping with me, my daughter and his girls. Everytime I hear an Elvis song it will put a smile on my face and I will always remember you Chico and the good times we shared. You're probably up there singing with Elvis right now. Rest in peace Chico, you will never be forgotten.

Too many of my best memories are with Chico. I will miss you so much. I remember how we used to tease each other about Mexicans and Puerto Ricans - deep inside we knew we were brothers. I am glad my children got a chance to meet one of my best friends when we went to Dave's house - Chico's brother.
Chico is the MAN - when nobody else got my car going, he could. Best friend, best mechanic, best....best wishes to all his family and those of us who loved him! Fernando Silva and familia.

The memories I have of you are when we use to visit every Saturday. The girls would go upstairs in their room and of course, I wasn't allowed in there and the guys would go downstairs to the basement. You or David NEVER let me in your room! The only thing I could do is peek through the vent by the upstairs bathroom! I was stuck watching novelas w/mom and Tia! I will forever miss & love you cousin!
