I just happened to run across Stan's obituary in the paper and felt compelled to send a message. I worked with Stan in the Mortgage Loan Department at the Marine Bank (1969-1973). I remember him as always being a true gentleman, very kind and professional, and devoted to his family. Sending you my sympathy at your loss.

I worked with Stan for many years at Marine Bank in the mortgage area. He was a great example of a dedicated employee, husband and father. We shared our Marquette "Warrior" basketball tickets with Stan and Mary for over 10 seasons (and never quarreled about who picked first). It's been a while since I last saw Stan, and now he's passed on to God. My condolences to Mary and their three kids. I don't think I will be at Monday's services, but you all will be in my heart. It was great knowing Stan and learning about his family. Love to all. John (Mary Pat) Lohre
