Stephen Kucek Obituary

Kucek, Stephen R. Stephen was called home into our Lord's waiting arms on Dec. 16, 2012, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Betty (nee Stukenberg) for 65 years. Loving father of Kathy (Tim) Herrell, Diane Mehrens, Laura Drake, Steven (Diane) and Jim (Martha) Kucek. Proud and loving grandfather to 14 and great-grandfather to 11. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Proud US Marine WWII veteran and retiree of Wenninger. Visitation will be held Fri., Dec. 21 at MARY QUEEN OF HEAVEN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2322 S. 106th St., West Allis from 9-11AM. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated 11AM. Memorials to the family or the Alzheimer's Association. He gave to his family selflessly and was a model of strength, courage and grace. We were so blessed to have had him in our lives. He will be missed deeply. Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their loving care.

To the Family of Uncle Steve: He was a wonderful family man and had such a great sense of humor. He will be missed, but know he is now happy with God and talking about old times with his brothers & sisters. Love, Clarice & Dennis
