I still to this day will reference and say things that remind me of Tom, either phases he used or funny things he did. I guess that would be his legacy in my life. Well done! I believe this can be used to help us understand what leaving a legacy behind can mean and the impact it can have on others.

Tom, I feel bad that I never got to say goodbye or knew about what happened. I did want to thank you though, Every time I hung out with you or spent time with you, you did have a way of making me laugh, smile and bring light to any situation I would happen to be in. Even if you didn't know about it. I would also like to send my deepest sympathies to your mother, Tiffany, Dawn and your whole family. I know what heartbreaking news this was to me, I couldn't imagine what your family is going through. I just read an article in the paper and it sounds senseless and horrible. The world will Miss you and your spirit will live on here in the hearts of us all. You were just that much of a positive effect on anyone that ever knew you. RIP

Happy Birthday Tic-Tac!
There's not a single day that goes by that I don't think of you. Mom and I often share the jokes that all of us always did. Every night we talk about you in some way. More often than not, it's with a giggle rather than a tear.
You're always with us, I never doubt that. Whether it's the sun rise in the morning or the moon at night, we know you're with us. How could you not be? You always were and always will be.
Everyday I wish I could see your smile or hear your laugh. I'd give anything... I see you in my dreams and am so happy that I can still spend some time with you. It's not the same, but it will have to do. Eventually we'll be together again, laughing, joking and being goofy.
Happy Birthday-yo! I love you.

Our Dearest Tommy,
It's been 13 long months since you've been gone, but not forgotten and deep within our hearts.
We miss your smile, your love and hugs and wonderful ways. There are no words that can express our tears and broken hearts.
It's not the same without you Tommy. If God would grant us just one wish, it would be to have you back again. So, treasure him Lord, for on earth he was the best.
Now, on your birthday, we bow our heads and say a prayer wishing you could be with us here.
We love you,
Auntie Sheila and Uncle Bob

Although I never met him, it is obvious that Tom was much cherished and loved by his family and friends. He must have been a very special man. Your deep grief is a tribute to all of his talents and positive qualities. I hope that your memories may help to remind you that nothing can ever take away the love and laughter you shared in the past.

Tommy,
My wonderful, loving nephew. I think everyday of the wonderful years we were blessed to have you, but there's not a day that goes by that we don't think of you. You're always on our mind. Your loving smile, your precious ways, no one will ever take your place.
We know you are in Heaven now, in no more pain and at ever-lasting peace. Watching over your mom and sister, always at their side as their guardian Angel. You're always in our hearts forever.
We love you,
Aunt Sheila and
Uncle Bob

i hadn't seen tom for a couple of years, and we had grown apart like most childhood pals do, but to know that he won't be at nana's house at christmas this year makes me sadder than anything. he was my cousin, but when we were little, he was a lot like a brother and a best friend. i'm sorry i didn't know the man that you grew up to be and that you didn't know me. but i miss you, and i love you. you were my first best friend. god be with you, and with aunt eileen and tiffy.

It still hasn't completely hit that one of the funnest most loving men is gone. Tom touched everyone with is caring and sense of humor. It is a shame we will not be able to make new memories of Tom but at least we can all find comfort in the memories we do have with him and about him.

I have so many good memories of Tom and I am so sorry to hear he is gone. I can hardly believe it, and I can't imagine how you are feeling Eileen. You were the first person I thought of when Rachel called and told me the news. Such a shock, I was in disbelief at first. He was a very special person that always held a special place in my heart. I was deeply in love with him for many years and even though people break up and move on, Tom always had a place in my heart. Take care of yourselves and believe that he has made a difference in many lives.

Where one was the other was not far behind. Tom had many close friends in his life and I was fortunate to be one of them for several years. Although we went our seperate ways later in life, Tom was a person who was weekly on my heart and mind. It is impossible to forget of all his famous qoutes and knicknames he had for almost everything. It's this part of him that will always be with all who had the pleasure of knowing him for the rest of our lives. Praise God for the way he created him and for all the awesome memories we get to keep.
A friend at heart for life, Scott

Tommy,
I miss you so much…I keep expecting to be able to talk to you or see your smile. I cannot believe that it’s true, still…
Our lives will never be the same. You added so much joy and laughter, man, we’ve laughed so many times. You were with me since the day I was born. I always looked up to you and always wanted to be like you. I have always been so proud of the person inside you. I couldn’t have asked for a brother who loved me more.
I wish you farewell for now… Look down on us and smile knowing how very much we love you. You are always with me. Thank you so much for being my big brother.
Until I see you again…
Love,
Pud

My deepest sympathies go out to the family. It is always hard to loose a family member, but when that person brought as much joy to life as Tommy did, it only makes it more difficult. Tommy was a great guy with a wit that always made you laugh (even in the worst situations). It is his bright and humorous personality that I will miss the most.

Tom was one of a kind. His wit was so quick he made you feel like he knew what you were going to say before you said it. We had so much fun together. I will never forget the good times we had growing up.

Tommy,
I love you with every beat of my heart and every breath that I take. And without you, I am completely and utterly lost and inconsolably bereft. I take comfort in knowing how very close you and Tiffy and I always were and feel so blessed for all the good times that we shared. We have such wonderful memories of you that we'll forever cherish. You'll be a part of us always, forever and ever, and therefore, I'll never say goodbye. Sweet dreams, my beautiful son. Your pain has finally stopped and nothing can hurt you, ever again. God, please take good care of my little boy and hold him close in your arms. And please watch closely over us and help us cope with the loss of his daily presence in our lives. Our hearts are broken and our lives are shattered...
All my love, hugs and kisses,
Mom
