Timothy Jost Obituary

Jost, Timothy "Timmy" Michael Sunrise: August 19, 1937- Sunset: January 24, 2019. Preceded in death by his Father George, Mother Catherine (nee Moroney). Brothers Eugene (Marcia), John (Eunice), Lawrence (Thelma) Jost, and his beloved wife Teresa (Cialdini). Survived by sisters, Marilyn (the late Ernst) Behnisch, Marcele (the late Allen) Boerner, brother Ronald (Betty) Jost. Sons Patrick (Diana) and Thomas, granddaughter Bridget Marie who he called Bridgerino and many nieces and nephews. Tim was a lifelong Democrat who proudly worked 45 years as a machinist building overhead cranes for some of the biggest companies in America. As A Polio survivor he took great pride in doing his job and showing up every single day to provide for his family. No one out worked Timmy. He loved nothing more than feeding his birds, being in his garden and enjoying a Pabst Blue Ribbon or Spotted Cow, every now and then. Lifelong resident of Saint Francis who was proud to have helped raise money for the weight room at SFHS to benefit all the students and athletes, and he and his wife did so after their 2 sons had graduated. He enjoyed and supported Saint Francis Mariner Football, Badgers, Packers, and the Chiefs. Big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles because his Special Friend Big Jay works for them. Our family would like to thank everyone in the ER, 8th floor CICU and 10th floor at St. Luke's for the amazing care they provided. Special thanks to Aurora Zilber Hospice Facility staff for their loving care of Timmy. To all our Friends and Family we will never be able to say Thank You enough for all your love and support you have shown us since Timmy got sick. Love you all. Since Timmy loved being outside there will be a Celebration of Life this Summer.

Dear Patrick and Tommy,
your Dad and Mother as well were both wonderful people. Your dad always had a ready smile when I walked over to visit. He was always happy. You mother was helpful in showing me how to be a good mother and I am very thankful to her for that. I am very sorry for your loss. He has gone home now and is at peace. Eileen Prondzinski Malinger
