William J. "Bill" Gregg

Gregg, William J. "Bill" Of Pewaukee. Passed away Thurs., Nov. 29, 2012, age 89. Lovingly survived by his wife of 48 years, Betty (nee Lippert). Preceded in death by his beloved parents Elizabeth and Thomas of Port Glasgow, Scotland and his sister Elizabeth Barker of Guildford, England. Loving uncle of Richard (Pearl) Barker of Guildford, England, Gary Barker of Australia, Rev. James Cooper of Toronto, Canada and David Cooper of Toronto, Canada. Bill will be remembered as a beloved brother-in-law and uncle of the Lippert family, other relatives and many dear friends. Visitation will be held Mon., Dec. 3, at FOX RIVER CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, N34 W23575 Capitol Dr., Pewaukee, from 9:30-11 AM. Funeral Service Celebrated 11 AM. If desired, memorials in Bill's name may be made to the Church. Bill grew up in Scotland and served in the Royal Airforce in England, India and Ceylon during and after WWII. He served an Electrical apprenticeship in the shipyards of Scotland and worked there on Hydro Electric dams. Bill immigrated to Canada in 1951 and to the United States in 1961. Bill retired from GE Medical Systems.
