Yvonne J. La Tona

La Tona, Yvonne J. (Nee Pearson). Found peace on October 6, 2008 at the age of 75. Survived by her beloved husband John of 54 years. Loving mother of Frank (Sue), Mary Jo, Jack (Mary Jane), Donna (Michael), Alan, Amy (Jerry) and 13 grandchildren. Sister of Marcheta (the late Herman), Wayne "Art" (Delores), Allen "Pee Wee" (Shirley) and Kent (Jean Ann). Preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Dorothy, and her sister Delores. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends. Yvonne was born May 8, 1933 in Florence, WI. She was a drum majorette at Kingsford High School where she graduated in June of 1951. She then moved to Milwaukee and worked for AC Spark Plug until her wedding to John on January 12, 1954. She was a devoted wife, and a loving and caring mother and grandmother. A visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, October 9, from 5PM until 8:30PM with a Prayer Vigil at 7:30PM.
