Milleen Babin

Milleen Dorianne Rasch Babin, age 75, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 14, 2025. Born on May 5, 1950, Milleen was the daughter of the late Milton and Eilleen Rasch. Milleen is survived by husband of 52 yrs, Sidney Joseph Babin, Sr.; sons: Steven Babin and Sage (Angelle) Babin; daughter, Sheryl Fowler (Kenneth Thompson); step-children: Stephanie (Herb) LeBoeuf and Sidney Babin, Jr.; grandchildren: Connor, Kylie, Carson, Colin and Taya; and numerous nieces and nephews. Milleen is preceded in death by parents: Milton and Eilleen Rasch; and brother, Michael "Harry" Rasch. Milleen Babin was a remarkable woman whose life was a testament to love, faith, care, strength, and resilience. For 52 beautiful years, she was married to the love of her life, her soulmate. Together, they built a lifetime of cherished memories and shared moments that many dream of. Those who knew Milleen will remember her fondly for her unwavering love of family and her appreciation for the simple joys of life. She found great happiness in being at home with her loved ones, soaking in the comfort of the air conditioning, and watching her favorite TV shows. Her adventurous spirit often led her to the casino, and she relished exploring new restaurants, always judging their worth by the number of cars in the parking lot. Milleen's legacy lives on through her family and the countless lives she touched. She is now at peace in the arms of Jesus, surrounded by all those she has loved and those who have gone before her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will remain in our hearts forever. We invite you to join us in celebrating Milleen's life and cherishing the memories.
